Lupita Nyong'o
Biography
Lupita Amondi Nyong'o is a Kenyan-Mexican actress and author born on March 1, 1983, to a Kenyan politician father. She began her career as a production assistant before making her acting debut in the short film East River (2008) and later starred in the television series Shuga (2009–2012). Nyong'o won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 12 Years a Slave (2013), cementing her reputation as a talented actress.
