Elisabeth Röhm is a German-born American television actress born on April 28, 1973. She gained recognition for her roles as Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn in Law & Order and Detective Kate Lockley in Angel, both series from 2001 to 2005. Her acting career has also included notable film appearances such as Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous and Bombshell.
