Biography

Roberto Herlitzka was born on October 2, 1937, in Turin, Italy, to a Czech Jewish father and an Italian mother. He studied literature at the University of Turin before moving to Rome to pursue his acting career. Herlitzka won the David di Donatello for Best Supporting Actor and Nastro d'Argento for Best Actor for his role in Good Morning, Night in 2004, among other notable performances.
