Biography

Alexandru Dabija is a Romanian stage director and actor born on February 13, 1955, in Piatra Neamț. He debuted as a director in 1976 with Philip Massinger's Reflection at the Youth Theater in Piatra Neamț, winning the Best Director award. Dabija served as general manager of the Odeon Theatre in Bucharest from 1991 to 2002 and has directed numerous notable plays, including "I Do Not Care If We Go Down in History as Barbarians" and "Scarred Hearts".
