Hani Salama is an Egyptian actor born in 1977 who studied computer science in Kuwait before transitioning to acting. His breakthrough role came when director Youssef Shahin discovered him and offered him a part in the 1997 film "Destiny". He has since worked with various directors, including Tarq al-Arjan, Khald Yousif, and Saad Hindawi.
