Bonar Colleano

Biography

Bonar Colleano was an American-born British stage and film actor who began performing at a young age in his family's circus. He moved to the UK at 12 to join his family's performances, entertaining troops during WWII and later gaining popularity on the London Palladium circuit. Notable roles include his breakout performance as an American airman in The Way to the Stars (1945) and appearances in "The Man Inside" (1958), "Fire Down Below" (1957), and "Stars in Your Eyes" (1956).
