Biography
Hussein Riad was a prolific Egyptian actor who began his career in acting at just 19 years old, joining the Arab Acting Institute in 1916 and going on to appear in over 320 films, 240 theater plays, and 150 radio and TV productions. He gained notoriety for playing "dad roles" and was dubbed the "father of affection" in many of his performances. Riad's career spanned an impressive 46 years, cementing his legacy as a beloved figure in Egyptian cinema.
