Fan Wei is a Chinese actor born on September 2, 1962, in Shenyang, Liaoning. He gained fame through his collaboration with Zhao Benshan in comedy sketches at CCTV New Year's Galas since 1995. Notable roles include Liu Gaogen in TV series and Ma Dashuai, as well as winning the Best Leading Actor award at the 53rd Golden Horse Awards for Mr. No Problem (2017). Fan studied acting from Chen Lianzhong at age 16.
