Jeanette Bethge
Biography
Jeanette Bethge was a German actress who began her career at 17 in Görlitz. She gained prominence in Berlin, performing at various theaters including the Schiller-Theater and the Central-Theater. In later years, she appeared in films, often playing caring older women, before her death in 1943. Her most notable role is that of Mutter Dittmar in "The Girl from the Marsh Croft" (1935).
