Luana Patten was a child star and one of the first two contract players for Walt Disney Studios, appearing in films like Song of the South and Fun and Fancy Free. She later returned to Hollywood as an ingénue in Rock, Pretty Baby! (1956), playing roles in several films and TV episodes before retiring from film in 1970.
