Biography

Chiyodayu Okubo, a Japanese actor and dancer, made his mark in 1989 with Mr. Aotani in "Beijing Watermelon". He later transitioned to drama as a member of Tokyo Dry Cell Theater, where he trained under renowned actor Yuriko Hoshi's disciple, Yuriji Tomino. With over 40 years of experience, Okubo continues to perform, including the founding of his troupe, "Okubo Chiyodayu One Ensemble", since 2020.
