Biography

Niels Schneider is a Franco-Canadian actor born on June 18, 1987. He gained early recognition for his roles in Xavier Dolan's acclaimed films I Killed My Mother (2009) and Heartbeats (2010), which earned him the Trophée Chopard for Male Revelation of the Year at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. Schneider won the César Award for Most Promising Actor in 2017 for his performance in Dark Inclusion. He has been living and working in Paris since early in his career.
