Hannya is a Japanese hip-hop artist and member of the 1998 rap group Mōsōzoku. He rose to prominence in the early 2000s as a vocalist and performer, earning second-place honors at the annual Freestyle Battle in 2002. As Hannya, he has released music with Mōsōzoku and pursued solo projects, cementing his reputation as a prominent figure in Japanese hip-hop.
