She appeared in over 200 films between 1917 and 1929, alongside comedy stars Harold Lloyd, Snub Pollard, and Stan Laurel at the Hal Roach studio. Mosquini's personal life was marked by tumultuous relationships, including a high-profile engagement to Snub Pollard and multiple marriages, including one to inventor Lee de Forest until his death in 1961.
