Elizabeth Counsell

Biography

Elizabeth Counsell is a British actress and singer, born on June 7, 1942. She began her career at the Theatre Royal, Windsor in 1957, and has since appeared in notable stage roles such as Lady Macbeth and Michael Redgrave's leading lady in his 1976-77 anthology Shakespeare's People. Her film credits include Anne of the Thousand Days, Under the Doctor, and Claudia, and most recently, The Split and the upcoming EastEnders.
