Her debut album Night Out was released in 1979, featuring singles that reached the Dutch and US charts, including "What's a Matter Baby" and "We Belong to the Night". Foley has collaborated with notable artists like Ian Hunter, The Clash, and Joe Jackson, showcasing her versatility as a singer.
