Murat Karasu

Biography

Murat Karasu was born in Akyazı, Sakarya, in 1961. He began his career at the Istanbul State Conservatory in 1981, graduating in 1985, and initially worked at the Bursa State Theatre. Karasu later took on directorial roles in various theatres and companies, including the State Theatres of Ankara and Istanbul, and later served as president of the Istanbul branch of TOBAV.
