Glynn Edwards

Biography

Glynn Edwards was a British actor born on February 2, 1931, in Penang, Malaysia. He gained national prominence for his portrayal of barman Dave Harris in the ITV comedy drama series Minder (1979-1994). With notable film credits including Zulu, The Ipcress File, and Burke and Hare, Edwards's early life included a passion for river-boating developed from reading Arthur Ransome's Swallows and Amazons as a child.
