Jeremy Hawk was a British character actor born Cedric Joseph Lange in Johannesburg, South Africa, to an acting family. He began his career at RADA and later changed his name to Jeremy Hawk. A stalwart of London's West End stage and music halls, Hawk appeared in notable productions like "The Goose Steps Out" (1942) and had a notable film credit in Lucky Jim (1957).
