Steinar Klouman Hallert is a Norwegian actor and writer from Fjellstrand in Nesodden. He gained recognition for his roles in "Thelma" (2017), "Hope" (2019), and "Sick of Myself" (2022). Hallert won the Humorprisen award in 2018 and has since co-hosted the popular podcast "Både Erlend og Steinar" with Erlend Mørch, as well as created the animated TV series "Hellerudsvingen" (2024).
