Kraken

Marine researcher Johanne investigates strange occurrences at a salmon farming facility in a Norwegian fjord, suspecting a legendary sea monster may be responsible for the bizarre events and gruesome deaths of two teenagers. The more she learns about old local stories describing the Kraken, the creature becomes increasingly aggressive after being disturbed by human interference. As attacks escalate, Johanne tries to convince officials that conventional responses won't work, leading to a desperate attempt to track and stop the creature before it reaches populated waters. In the final confrontation, Johanne faces the Kraken in a battle of survival and questions about humanity's right to destroy something ancient simply because it's become inconvenient.
