Mehmet Yigenoglu made his mark in the film industry with a notable role as a truck driver in the 1977 Italian film "The Girl with the Red Scarf." This early appearance set the stage for his involvement in the film. The film, based on a novel by Antonio Semino, is a rare example of a work by an Italian author translated into Turkish.
