The Girl with the Red Scarf

The film follows İlyas (Kadir İnanır), a truck driver from Istanbul, who falls in love with Asya (Türkan Şoray), a young woman from a remote village. They get married and have a child, but their relationship is marred by conflict. After İlyas cheats on Asya, she leaves him with their son Samet, who eventually finds comfort and support from a kind stranger named Cemşit (Ahmet Mekin). Years later, İlyas reappears, forcing Asya to make a difficult choice between her past and present loves.
