Philip Cornwell is a renowned English actor, comedian, impressionist, and writer born on October 5, 1957, in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. He gained international recognition as the voice of Murdoc Niccals in the virtual band Gorillaz and achieved success with co-writing roles in The Glam Metal Detectives and Stella Street. Cornwell also brought to life memorable characters like DJ Dave Clifton in I'm Alan Partridge and Alpha Papa.
