Alan Partridge

Steve Coogan stars as Alan Partridge, a disc jockey whose radio station is taken over by a new media conglomerate, prompting him to work with the police to defuse a potentially violent hostage situation. As negotiations unfold, Pat Farrell (Colm Meaney), a DJ who took hostages after being fired, gains Alan's trust, and they host a radio show commenting on the siege alongside Sidekick Simon (Tim Key). Alan's arrogance resurfaces, and he must navigate his way out of the crisis, while also dealing with personal relationships and career struggles.
