Biography
Marvin Wesley Vye Jr. was an American character actor born on July 15, 1913, in Quincy, Massachusetts. He attended Yale University and began his career with a role in the 1947 film Golden Earrings. Notable for his portrayal of Prince Ken Arok in the comedy "Road to Bali" (1952) alongside Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, Vye's early film appearances often featured exotic roles.
