Stephen James Mangan was born on May 16, 1968, in Ponders End, Enfield, London, to Irish parents. He is a British actor, comedian, presenter, and writer, best known for his roles in Green Wing, I'm Alan Partridge, and Dirk Gently. Mangan has also presented Artist of the Year since 2018 on Sky Arts, and was Tony-nominated for his portrayal of Norman in The Norman Conquests on Broadway.
