Michael Findlay

Biography

Michael Findlay was a filmmaker and producer in the sexploitation genre, known for his collaborations with wife Roberta as director, cinematographer, writer, and actress. In the mid-to-late 1960s, he was part of an underground group producing exploitation films with themes of horror, thriller, and sadomasochism. He directed under the alias Julian Marsh and acted in some of his own films. His work was marked by a mix of sex and violence for the grindhouse market.
