Snuff

The 1976 film Snuff is a splatter film directed by Michael Findlay and Horacio Fredriksson, loosely based on the 1969 Manson Family murders. The film follows pregnant actress Mirta Massa and her producer Max Marsh as they visit South America, where they are stalked and murdered by a female biker cult led by Enrique Larratelli's character Satán. As the crew films the scene, it becomes apparent that the murder is staged, but the film's marketing campaign mistakenly convinces viewers that it depicts an actual snuff film.
