Biography

Azhagam Perumal is a Tamil film director and actor known for his breakthrough role as Jagathy Sreekumar in Mani Ratnam's Alaipayuthey. After working as an assistant to the acclaimed director, he made his acting debut and later directed the successful romantic comedy Dumm Dumm Dumm in 2001. He has since appeared in several notable films, including "Master" and "Ante Sundharaniki". His work spans both direction and acting in Tamil cinema.
