Joseph Kuruvilla, a soft-spoken bakery owner, leads a quiet, unassuming life with his five-year-old daughter, Niveditha ("Nivi"), in Alappuzha, Kerala. He builds a warm friendship with Nivi's schoolteacher, Annie, who secretly harbors romantic feelings for him. Joseph’s peaceful existence is upended when a group of rogue elements targets Nivi.
