Biography

Alexander Fu Sheng was a Hong Kong martial arts film star in the 1970s, known for his roles in "Legendary Weapons of China," "Ten Tigers of Kwangtung," and "The Deadly Breaking Sword." Born Cheung Fu-sheng on October 20, 1954, he rose to prominence starring in Shaw Brothers films that earned him international stardom throughout Asia and parts of North America. A skilled martial artist, Fu developed a passion for the arts at age eight and went on to attend the Shaw Brothers Southern Drama School. His talent was short-lived, as he tragically passed away on July 7, 1983.
