Lyne Chardonnet

Biography

Lyne Chardonnet was a French actress born in Paris in 1943 to a fakir and an Irish-born woman. She began dancing lessons at the age of five and later studied drama. Chardonnet's film debut was in Michel Deville's 'Benjamin' in 1967, followed by a role in Terence Young's 'Mayerling' in 1968, marking the beginning of a short but promising career. She appeared in over 40 films between 1966 and 1981.
