Gary Raymond

Biography

Gary Raymond was born on April 20, 1935, in Brixton, London, to theatrical parents who were variety artists. He trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and began his career with the Royal Shakespeare Company, playing notable roles such as Macbeth, Oberon, and Claudius. His film debut came in 1958, followed by appearances in Tony Richardson's Look Back in Anger and Katharine Hepburn's Suddenly, Last Summer.
