Renoly Santiago is a Puerto Rican actor, singer, and writer born on March 15, 1974, in Lajas, Puerto Rico, and raised in Union City, New Jersey. He gained recognition for his roles as Ramón Sanchero in the films Dangerous Minds (1995) and Con Air (1997), as well as the "Phantom Phreak" in Hackers (1995). Santiago also co-wrote an Emmy-nominated pilot episode of the television series CityKids, where he first appeared in 1993.
