James Ashcroft
Biography
James Ashcroft is a New Zealand director, screenwriter, producer, and former actor born on June 12, 1978. He trained as an actor at Victoria University and Toi Whakaari drama school before transitioning to directing films based on short stories by Owen Marshall. With roles in "Fresh Meat" (2012) and "Black Sheep" (2006), Ashcroft established himself as a versatile performer before moving into directing.
