Kei Satō
Biography
Kei Satō was a Japanese character actor and narrator born on December 21, 1928, in Aizuwakamatsu. He collaborated with influential directors Nagisa Oshima and Kaneto Shindo, appearing in films such as Onibaba and Kuroneko, for which he won the best actor award from Kinema Junpo. Satō also worked extensively as a narrator for documentaries on television and film.
