Gila von Weitershausen is a German actress born on March 21, 1944, into an aristocratic family in Lower Silesia, Germany. She gained popularity in the late 1960s with roles in German comedy films and became known for her portrayal of a prostitute in the 1971 film Murmur of the Heart. Her notable performances include Circle of Deceit (1981) alongside Hanna Schygulla and Bruno Ganz.
