Biography

Björn Hlynur Haraldsson is a versatile Icelandic actor and director, born in Reykjavík on December 8, 1974. He co-founded the theatre company Vesturport with his graduation from the Icelandic Arts Academy in 2001. Notable roles include his starring part in the psychological thriller TV series Fortitude (2015) and appearances in films such as Eleven Men Out and Jar City, as well as recent Netflix's adaptation of The Witcher.
