Biography

Mircea Andreescu is a Romanian actor known for his work in film and theatre. Born on December 30, 1939, in Suceava, Romania, he began his career at the Teatrul de Stat din Oradea before moving to the Institutul de Artă Teatrală și Cinematografică din București, where he graduated in 1964. He made his film debut in 1973 with "Un august în flăcări" and has since appeared in notable productions such as "The Cardinal" and "12:08 East of Bucharest".
