Peter François Cellier is an English retired actor born on July 12, 1928, in Hendon, Middlesex. He has had a distinguished career in theatre, appearing in notable productions at the National Theatre and other prominent venues. Cellier is also known for his roles in film and television, including Sir Frank Gordon in "Yes Minister" and "Yes, Prime Minister," as well as appearances in "Luther" and "Keeping Up Appearances."
