Biography

Bill Tung Biu was a Hong Kong actor and horse racing commentator born on March 30, 1933, in Hong Kong. He began his career as a professional horse jockey at the age of twelve and later transitioned to horse racing commentary, becoming a household name in Hong Kong cinema from the late 1970s onwards. Tung appeared in notable films with Jackie Chan during the 1980s and 1990s, including Police Story series.
