Lindsay Lohan is an American actress and singer born on July 2, 1986, in New York City. She rose to fame as a child star with roles in the Walt Disney Pictures film The Parent Trap (1998) and the teen comedy Mean Girls (2004), which cemented her status as a Hollywood leading lady. Lohan has continued to evolve as an actress, choosing independent films and making her stage debut in London's West End production of Speed-the-Plow (2014).
