Aroldo Tieri

Biography

Aroldo Tieri was an Italian actor born on August 28, 1917, in Corigliano Calabro, and studied law before enrolling in the Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico. He made his debut in theater and film immediately after graduation in 1938, becoming a popular young actor with a specialization in comedic roles. Tieri's career was limited to portraying jealous boyfriends, and he retired from films in the late 1960s.
