In this hilarious Italian comedy, two small-time scammers, Dante and Tommaso Posalaquaglia, concoct a series of outrageous schemes to make a quick buck, leaving a trail of chaos in their wake. After being swindled by the infamous financier Bruscatelli, they receive a bill of exchange that becomes the focal point of their misadventures.
