Biography

Rachel Bilson was born on August 25, 1981, in Los Angeles to a show business family. She rose to fame with her role as Summer Roberts on the prime-time drama series The O.C., before transitioning to film and television roles, including Dr. Zoe Hart on The CW's Hart of Dixie. After stepping back from acting in 2019, Bilson co-hosted two podcasts: Welcome to the OC, Bitches! and Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson and Olivia Allen.
