He gained international recognition as part of the comedy duo Franco and Ciccio, starring alongside Franco Franchi in numerous films, including "The Adventures of Pinocchio" and "L'oro del mondo". Ingrassia also collaborated with Buster Keaton in the 1966 film "Due Marines e un Generale".
