Biography

Michel Dumont was a Canadian actor and artistic director of the Théâtre Jean-Duceppe in Montreal from 1991 to 2018. He won two Prix Gémeaux awards for Best Male Lead, one for "Omertà 2: The Law of Silence" (1997) and another for "Bunker, le cirque" (2003). Dumont was also recognized with an Officer of the National Order of Quebec award in 2013.
