Ching Miao
Biography
Ching Miao was a renowned Taiwanese actor born on March 15, 1913, in Shandong, China. With over 190 film credits to his name, mostly for the Shaw Brothers Studio in Hong Kong, he won two Golden Horse Awards for Best Supporting Actor for his roles in "Between Tears and Smiles" (1964) and "Too Late for Love" (1967). His daughter, actress Ching Li, followed in his footsteps, further cementing his legacy in Taiwanese cinema.
