Kajol is a renowned Indian film actress known for her natural acting prowess and versatility. Born to actress Tanuja Samarth and late filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee in Mumbai, she rose to prominence with starring roles in top-grossing romances Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She has received numerous accolades, including six Filmfare Awards, and holds the record for most Best Actress wins at Filmfare with five, as well as a Padma Shri award.
